4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spytdop (Luxlia Pty Ltd) shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, business, or revenue
Injury or damage resulting from use or misuse of the product

5. Product Modifications

Any alterations, tampering, or modifications to the dispenser will:

Void any warranty (if applicable)
Release Spytdop (Luxlia Pty Ltd) from any liability

Unless otherwise stated, the product is provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and designs related to Spytdop remain the intellectual property of Luxlia Pty Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
